Jana & JS se sont emparés des murs en réalisant deux autoportraits en photographes. Jana se situe sur celui de gauche, accroupie, pieds nus et de profil, pointant son appareil vers JS. Ce dernier est représenté debout, également pieds nus, dirigeant son appareil photo droit sur le spectateur qui le contemple. Il s’agit d’une véritable mise en scène, dans laquelle nous sommes directement pris à partie. Ces deux fresques ont été peintes au pochoir, technique habituellement utilisée par ces artistes, et font écho à leur passion commune pour la photographie argentique.
The walls taken over by Jana & JS are adorned with two self-portraits in the role of photographers. Jana is positioned on the left, squatting, barefoot and in profile, pointing her camera towards JS. The latter is shown standing, also barefoot, pointing his camera straight at the spectator who looks at him. It is literally a stage setting, involving us directly. The two murals are painted using stencils, the technique these artists usually employ, and reflect their shared passion for black-and-white photography
